2008 North Mason Relay For Life  

   

A GREAT SUCCESS !! 

A great big THANK YOU  goes out to all participants in this years event, and especially to all donors in helping to achieve record total donations of $50, 631!!  (Donations still accepted until August 31 for the 2008 season). 

Even as we continue to celebrate this years event, plans are already being made for the 2009 Relay event.  Dates have been set for June 12 &13 2009, and the theme will be  "There's no place like HOPE"

  "Toon Into A Cure" is our theme for the for 2008.  This is the 10th year for North Mason Relay for Life, with a record number of teams participating.  Denise Snow, Guyla Vann, and Cindy Jones are leading us this year. 

   Our local businesses and supporters again show that our pride here in North Mason is running strong in support of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life., Show them we appreciate them by shopping and doing business locally. 

Across the nation, the Relay For Life event brings together entire communities to take part in the fight against cancer.   It’s a time and place where people come to celebrate those who have survived cancer, remember those we’ve lost, and fight back against a disease that touches too many lives.

Won’t you join us this year and be a part of Relay? 

It’s not just an opportunity to celebrate, remember, and fight back - your involvement will help work toward a mission of eliminating cancer as major health issue and will support much-needed services in your community. Thanks in part to the donations from Relay For Life and other events, the Society is saving lives, helping those touched by cancer, and empowering people to fight this disease all over the world.
